I’ve been baking a lot these days and some recipes which are the nicer beings use up the entire egg and then there are those uptight ones that want only the egg whites and not the yolks. Times like these I just end up throwing away those precious yolks. Sooo Much Wastage!!! So I looked up what to do with these yolks and found that freezing was bloody good option mate and they last for 3 whole months. I also found a blog by Jen from Canada who has listed a couple of recipes for those leftover egg yolks. Perfect!!
Now go ahead and save those Egg Yolks.
