Chicken avocado sandwich – My favorite

I promised you healthy so here is my first recipe which a simple chicken and avocado sandwich.

Ingredients: (serves – 1)

2 slices of wholemeal bread toasted.

1 slice of low fat cheese (optional)

some shredded roast chicken (from last nights dinner) or chicken slices from you local deli

1/2 avocado

2 – sun dried tomatoes sliced

salt and pepper.

 

Method:

toast the bread slices

put the cheese on the top then the chicken slices, sun dried tomato and avocado.

Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.

Your Chicken Avocado sandwich is ready in 5 minute.
